Paddle as Payment Processor
All purchases on ModelPhotoAI are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, and refund requests.
As Paddle is the seller of record, all refund decisions are ultimately made by Paddle in accordance with their policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered within 60 days of the original purchase date. After this period, purchases are generally not eligible for refunds.
Eligible scenarios for a refund include:
• You were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing error
• The service was significantly unavailable or non-functional during your billing period
• Technical issues prevented you from using credits you purchased
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at Paddle's discretion.
Subscription Refunds
For subscription plans:
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will not be charged again after cancellation
• Credits included in your subscription plan are available until the end of the billing period
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

2. Include your account email, transaction ID (found in your Paddle receipt email), and the reason for your refund request
3. Our team will review your request and coordinate with Paddle to process eligible refunds
You may also contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received at the time of purchase.
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
• You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund has been processed
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in cases of:
• Violation of our Terms of Service, including abuse or fraudulent activity
• Accounts terminated due to policy violations
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality (AI results vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations)
• Failure to use credits or the service during the subscription period
